Aurio is a project developed by a natural person; it is not registered with the Commercial Registry. For any matter relating to your personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose

Aurio is an informative personal finance and tax analysis application for Spain. When bank connectivity becomes available and you choose to enable it, Aurio may aggregate bank transactions in read-only mode. It also offers analysis and insights powered by artificial intelligence and performs tax calculations and estimates (VAT, depreciation, estimated personal income tax). Aurio does not move money, does not issue invoices, does not file tax returns or forms with the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency), and is neither a tax advisory firm nor a provider of financial, tax or investment advice.

3. Terms of use

Access to and use of the service are governed by this notice and by the Terms and Conditions. By using Aurio you agree to use it diligently and in accordance with the law. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

4. Your data and your decisions are your responsibility

Aurio is an informative tool: it is you who decides which data to add (importing a file or uploading a document and, when bank connectivity becomes available, whether to enable it to connect a bank) and who makes any financial or tax decision. You are responsible for the data you enter and for the decisions you make based on the information provided by Aurio. The owner is not liable for the accuracy or lawfulness of the data you provide, nor for the decisions you make, nor for any filings, self-assessments or formalities before the Administration, which are your responsibility or that of your advisor. The calculations and estimates are indicative and do not replace professional advice. The allocation of responsibilities regarding data protection is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, the «Aurio» brand, the design, the texts and the other elements of the service are owned by Jesús Badía Closa or his licensors, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. No right over them is granted except as strictly necessary to use the service. Your data and the content you provide remain yours.

6. Liability regarding the service

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". The owner endeavours to ensure its correct operation but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors beyond its control, nor is it liable for damages arising from improper use of the service or from causes beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in the foregoing limits the rights granted to consumers by law that cannot be excluded.

7. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts and tribunals of your place of residence, and the consumer protection rules most favourable to you will apply. Please also refer to the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
