Your finances, protected by design
Aurio reads your data to help you understand it, never to move your money. Here is what we do to protect it, with no small print.
Six safeguards that don’t depend on a checkbox
Encryption at rest
Sensitive data is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, a strong encryption standard. The receipts you upload are kept encrypted too.
Tokenized sensitive data
We only keep the last 4 digits of your IBAN. Merchants, counterparties and tax IDs are replaced with tokens, and the bank’s original description is not stored.
Every account, isolated
The database separates every customer row by row (Row Level Security): each query can only see the data in your space.
Read-only, always
Aurio doesn’t make transfers, pay bills or file taxes. The bank connection, coming soon, will be read-only too.
Two-step verification
Turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app. Some sensitive actions ask for your code again.
Your data, under your control
Export your whole history or delete your account completely from Settings, on the free plan too and without emailing anyone.
What the AI sees
Before anything reaches the AI, we strip what identifies you: it works with tokens and aggregated figures, and the provider doesn’t use your data to train its models.

Can Aurio move my money?
No. Aurio is informational: it doesn’t make transfers, pay bills or file returns with the Spanish tax agency. Today it doesn’t connect to your bank; when the bank connection arrives (coming soon), it will be read-only.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
What happens when I delete my account?
We erase your data without delay, except what the law requires us to keep for a while, such as billing and payment records.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. From Settings you can download a copy of your data whenever you want, on the free plan too.
